SAIG Verify checks companies against official registers, confirms who a person is from their identity document, and screens both against sanctions lists. With the person's consent, the result travels with their SAIG account.

Each check returns its result, how confident it is, and the evidence behind it. Anything the system cannot decide goes to a trained reviewer.
Businesses
Company details, directors and people with significant control from the official register. Ownership is traced to the real people behind the company, and any gap is shown rather than hidden.
People
Passport, national ID card or driving licence. We read the document, validate its machine-readable zone, match it to a live selfie and confirm proof of address.
Screening
Names are checked against the official UN, UK and US sanctions lists, refreshed daily on our own servers. EU lists are being connected, and politically exposed person data will follow.

One connection covers every check. Apps never handle identity documents themselves.

- DecisionAutomated checks run first. Uncertain cases go to a reviewer.

Your data
Identity documents and selfies are personal data and we treat them that way.
Kept on our infrastructure
Screening runs on our own systems. Customer details are not sent to data brokers or advertising platforms.
Kept only as long as needed
We keep the decision and its evidence for the period the law requires. Document images and selfies are deleted on a fixed schedule.
Shared only with consent
Another app can see your verified status only after you allow it, and you can withdraw that at any time.

SAIG Verify is not yet a certified identity service provider under the UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework. Until certification is complete it should not be relied on as the sole means of customer due diligence under the Money Laundering Regulations.
